I was referred to Dr Al Rustom's aftercare surgery by my local GP. On arrival at the surgery, the staff was friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait long to see Dr Shamma. He was also very friendly, respectful and explained that I had a severe case of reflux varicose veins and suggested the most effective treatment (laser surgery) I needed in a clear and easy to understand fashion. He also answered any questions I had there and then. What was so pleasing on the day of the operation he was friendly and calm and put me at ease at once as I was feeling very nervous. The procedure was over quickly and I felt very looked after. Dr. Shamma followed up shortly with a call and at no point afterwards did I feel silly if I had any questions. Overall, a very good experience with warm, extremely professional and most of all a safe pair of hands. Sandra
